The Hotel restaurant is appropriately named as you are treated like this is your Second Home. Every staff member from the car valet, to the housekeepers, to the Concierge go out of their way to make you feel special.
While I was there, George helped me with some advice on a trip I just completed in Europe. I stayed in Marriott Autograph Collection hotels at his suggestion. They were wonderful.
This is a great hotel.

We stayed at this hotel for a family event. I think there were 20/25 rooms in our group.
Location was very good if you want easy access to Cherry Creek shopping etc. It’s a pretty tired JW in my opinion. We didn’t really have a choice since our event was there and it didnt make sense for us to stay anywhere else.
The rooms were ok but I have to say a little grubby. If a hotel is getting to the stage where it needs a renovation, it should be sparkling clean to offset the “old ness”. Frankly nothing was sparkling. Rooms were kind of clean. Common areas were OK but not really JW standard. Concierge level was particularly sloppy. I mentioned it to front desk and they obviously sent a crew in as it was a little better the next day. They didnt send the A team.... I know it sounds picky but when a guest expresses concern about basic things like cleanliness you better get on it.
Stay here if you need to. Don’t bother if you have other options and don’t expect it to be other than average/ok. Watch out for parking too. It’s $42/night. We used Car2go rather than rent a car and pay $42 to park it. Lots of car2go around the area. Also, be careful you don’t accidentally click on high speed wifi upgrade.... easy to do and costs $14.95/day...which is absurd. At least 3 of our party were charged the $14.95/day without knowing that they had requested it. It was refunded but only after a little fight with front desk. The staff generally seemed a little uninterested. Almost as if they’d all been told recently that they were losing their jobs - just a little “off” if that makes any sense.
Hotel really needs freshening up and Management need to get on their game. No need for “we promise to do better next time” response thanks...

We had a fantastic couple of days at the Cherry Creek JW. The location is great, literally steps away from great shopping and dinning. The staff was always on point and friendly. We were not sure if we were staying an extra night and Ken, one of the managers was super helpful and understanding about it, granting a little time for a later check out until we figured that we were indeed staying an extra night. They truly make you feel like a valued guest! Don't miss the brunch if you're there on the weekend!

I had the opportunity to stay at this hotel on a recent business trip. The service was excellent all round from the valet, front desk, restaurant, the luxury room accommodations to include outstanding room service. This hotel is highly recommended.

Great hotel in heart of Cherry Creek!!! Staff is what made it great from arrival to checkin, restaurant , bar etc everyone I encountered was amazing especially Mohamed at the front door. If your travel brings you to Denver this is the place to stay.
