The JW Marriott is your average hotel - clean but the décor is tired and could use an upgrade. The air conditioner did not work very well in our room and the hotel could not fix it. Warning - the valet parking is super expensive. I don't think the price and value are a match - it is more expensive than the value/quality that we got. Otherwise, the hotel is totally average but in a great location if you love shopping.

JW is always great....but right now renovations are causing a bit of confusion and noise ...but the staff do their best to help...especially the front desk staff,,,Kyle & Binaci were very helpful on several occasions....the grill cheese sandwich should not be past up...best I have ever had !!

This hotel has an extremely central location. It is next to numerous shopping opportunities and great restaurants. I was quite thrilled with the renovated hotel rooms. They are sleek and modern. There are charging ports and outlets everywhere. The new bathroom was visually pleasing and very functional. The concierge and front desk staff were extremely nice and helpful.

Stayed here on business for three nights. Hotel is wonderful and staff are friendly. Room size was great, as was the bathroom. The TV stand, however, was in rougher shape and the doors were coming off the hinges. I expected there to be a mini-fridge in the room, but sadly there was none. This was disappointing as I could not save any leftovers from a terrific restaurant. It was somewhat confusing as there was plenty of space in the TV stand for it. It could have been mine was taken out for replacement - I'm not sure if other rooms have one or not. The windows do not seal all the way (at least in my room on a higher floor). Because of this, there was a constant whistling noise.
The concierge lounge was very large and had a great selection of snacks, drinks, and breakfast for those gold/platinum members.
For the price, I would have expected the furniture to be in a little better shape and a minifridge. Also need to get a way to have the windows seal. With these modifications, it would be 5 stars.

This is a GREAT location and the remodeled rooms are so sophisticated and comfortable, I wish I could have lived in mine.... it was perfect, there was so much comfortable seating, it made it so easy to finish up work and plan for the conference I was attending! Service was perfect!
