We stayed at the Kaiserhof at the end of July and chose this hotel for the Tesla charge point. The rooms are comfortable and clean and the restaurant has a good menu. Breakfast is excellent with a good range of lovely organic food.

We had a short stop (less than 10 hours), but enjoyed a very comfortable room, friendly service and not the least a very good organic breakfast.
Highly recommendable, and even more if you need to charge your electric car - all options are possible for Tesla owners and others.

We were here for only 2 days. A lot of Eva charging options also supercharger for tesla. You can leave your car charging while you sleep. The hotel itself does not have a lot to offer besides bio breakfast. Most attractive points are at driving distance. There is a bus stop at 150m. Very quite area. Very nice people behind the counter. Restaurant offers the best steak.

We only got to stay for 2 nights but it was an awesome visit.
The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was perfect, and the view amazing.
We are a family of four (two grown daughters) and finding rooms in Austria that can accommodate all was a challenge. Their family room with a double bed and a bunk bed worked out well.
It was the exact authentic feel we were looking for during our vacation.

We visit Salzburg quite often and usually we stay close to the center. Our most recent trip took us during the month long Salzburg Festival. Reasonably priced rooms were not available in town which took us to the Kaiserhof. The room was comfortable and clean
as was the entire property. We enjoyed the breakfast outside on the terrace. We felt the hotel was a decent value.
Two things which have been cited on earlier reviews are worth mentioning.
The hotel has at least ten electric car charging stations which must be very important to those drivers. There are many other hints towards a "Bio" or green emphasis in and around the property which is great.
The other thing of note is the very poor water pressure in the shower. I don't know if this is because of poor maintenance, which seems unlikely as the hotel is otherwise well kept. Or, is this a conservation of resources which would be a shame as it is a serious inconvenience to guests and kept me from offering a higher rating.
