The check in process was awful, the man who checked us in was rude and did not explain any of the procedure to us. Our hotel room was booked by my brother who thought he had paid for the hotel. When I checked in I was told I needed to put a credit card on file for incidentals. I had no problem with this however the hotel them made several charges to my card that I never authorized. When I checked in with the manger the next day he was too busy on the phone to speak to me and had to send out another staff member to assist me. My brother had to come to the hotel and pay for the room, then the several charges made to my card could not be refunded until we checked out. It is now two days later there is still several hundred of dollars hold or charges on my card and I cannot use my card on my vacation due to this. First the staff needs to be trained on being polite and second on the policy and procedures. While the hotel is nice the staff ruined the stay for their rudeness. I would never stay at this hotel again, and would consider another hotel before this chain again, even in another city. Which is unfortunate because the rooms and amenities are very nice. COMPLETELY ruined the hotel stay for me.

The hotel was perfect for our stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is outstanding, very close to restaurants and shopping. The hotel is easy to get to and from the airport with our rental car. The day we arrived we spent the afternoon relaxing by the pool and had a great dinner nearby with family that evening.

We were in town for a wedding. The hotel is very clean with very spacious and nice rooms. The only negative is that the bar was not full service. They have a bar, which is nice, but it is small and limited to only the most popular spirits. Overall experience was excellent.

We stayed here for my husband's 40th birthday surprise to watch nascar in phoenix. The hotel was very welcoming and clean. We loved the pool/hot tub and our room was very big with a king bed and a sofa sleeper couch. We had breakfast included with lots of options. We would come back again and bring our kids. Thanks

I stay here frequently when traveling to the Phoenix Valley. Easy access to all Sky Harbor and Valley freeways. This place is quiet, modern, friendly and professional. I would highly recommend anyone stay here for whatever reason. Movie theatre, shopping and eats all nearby. And of course Bass Pro Shop.
