I had my daughter`s Naming Ceremony 2 weeks before at this banquet hall.
Hall was looking good and hence I made advance booking 2 months before with Mr.Sebastian, who promised us with wonderful service.
But turned out to be a worst service I had never experienced.
While booking Sebasitan has promised us to provide dining hall in the ground floor and assured us even if the people count increases, he will make sure there won`t be any shortage in the food served to our guests.
I had reserved for 150 people, fortunately/unexpectedly 265 people have attended the event.
First worst experience was, dining hall was very small because of which our guests had to wait for longer time and second worst thing was the food was not served uniformly, some of the batches missed many of the food items.
On top of this, sabastian never turned up during the event, hence had no chance to raise the issue with him duing the event. And his staff were not at all aware of what he had promised us, which resulted in great embrassment in front of our guests.

A very superb Hotel Kandi Tree i would say for stay in Bengaluru, because hotel is centrally located as well as nice accommodation with excellent services this hotel provides, i stayed for two day almost all this two day my experience was totally values and comfortable, easy booking services hotel staff were very co operative and ready to work, hotel cleaning was amazing with fresh amenity rooms were very specious and clean decorated having almost all ultra luxury facilities with no much budget they provided my stay was excellent at hotel knadi tree

Rooms are good and big. Breakfast is very good and centrally located area. staff is very good. Also its a very safe hotel to stay for women. I recommend this hotel to stay. Overall good. Ola and riksha are easily available.

A decent hotel for a day or two. Have got limitations with parking space(if you have your own vehicle) Food is not very good but you have a lot of options nearby, very convenient for foodies to try variety of Bangalore cuisines as you find lot of regional flavoured restaurants close by. Not recommended for travellers with kids, as hardly anything for kids here.

Extremely basic hotel..not much to talk about...should not book it...complete waste of money
Breakfast is poor..not much in the menu..staff not friendly and professional
Difficult to pull luggage as there is no ramp...don't bother to stay
