in m opinion all the needs are fulfilled.no one misguides other,depends upon their what they saw?.very good place to stay,hope again book this when iam at tirupathi.luxury rooms are awesome to stayyyy.

The only reason we booked after ignoring all the other cheaper options in Tirupati because of the swimming pool. We were with the kids and it cud hv been fun. Thr were only few hotels wt pool in tirupati. The travelguru and all other websites mentioned pool and shown great pictures abt thse and we went ahead and booked. Now these guys are asking 100rs per person including kids( even if 2 yrs) for using the pool. So we are a team of 7 persons wt 3 small kids and we hv to pay 700 if we want to use the pool. After complaining to the travelguru.com thru which we booked, the lady claimed she understands my concern, called hotel to check and started givng me just bad reasons that it happens in soem properties n they do charge. Idiots.. You need to mention somewhere while booking. Its clearly shown as amenities in the booking page n u r defending by giving some bad logic. Even if its chargeable its non obvious to the customer and u hv to mention it.. Avoiding travelguru.com forever.

Bathrooms have a lingering foul smell. They will shut off hot water at whim. Staff are friendly. But this hotel needs some serious upgrades for the international travellers to consider it.
Complimentary breakfast is good.

The reason we booked this place was because of the reviews we read. Must say the reviews to this place are heavily misguiding.
Very average rooms, bad linen, poor breakfast menu, the list goes on.
Only good thing was the reception staff was welcoming and kind..

Stopped by this place only for breakfast and lunch during my Tirupati Darshan visit. The place only offers south indian food which is just average. Neither good nor bad. Just ok to have something on your way. Staff is okay and food is average.
