Wow, this place is very nice for family or friends, staff co-operation is great and service is good, they have decent list of food....My kids were comfortable and i was able to get their food (incl MILK) at any time which was really helpful for us.
The View from Room & Balcony is great, Room is very neat and tidy, also the provision for luggage is almost like a 5star hotel...ladies must be happy for the best dressing area.
You guys have to only look for more parking option...

We had an amazing experience in karapuzha village... the rooms were spacious and neat. Moreover with the splendid view of the river enhanced our joy ...food was also remarkable. The activities arranged kept us engaged. Thanks for the beautiful experience. We loved wayanad.

We had stayed at this Resort . The Resort is a beautiful place for relaxation with waterfront holiday resort in Wayanad .
The Check-In and Check-out process was smooth. The room with drawing hall was very bed and washroom was very clean and equipped with all modern amenities. My room (Lake facing) also had a balcony,
and one wouldn't really mind sitting the whole day there, and enjoying.
Good points :
1. Room & washroom was big /clean/ spotless.
2. Lot of recreational facilities- Swimming Pool, Spa (chargable) ,Camp Fire,Badminton, Children Play Area,Fishing, Recreation / Health Club etc
3. Suitable for even young kids- Kids swimming pool.
4. The buffet breakfast and dinner everything was good with lot of varieties.
5. Excellent location, you will feel relax.
As a summary I would say that the whole stay was very good, we are all happy and the hotel is higly recommended for family trip.
Bad Point:
The resort has a great location but a bit remote quaint. and road toward to that was very narrow. Road should be wide enough to get two opposite vehicles to pass through easily(~2KM)

We stayed here for 3 nights in the beginning of our Kerala and it started with a bang. We enjoyed every bit of our stay here. The rooms were good, the view of the dam was the best part of the stay. You can also walk down to the dam. The food was also good and the property is well maintained.
I would come back here someday.

Amazing place, great view of the dam, non polluted and serene. services like Spa and food were good. Sight seeing arrangements were well organised. Resort could have been maintained a little bit more cause the landscape is amazing but the insects were a nuisance. Coffee maker in the room could have been much appreciated for the room's cost. Closing the kitchen by 9.30 pm could have been extended to about 10.30 pm.
