The staff tried hard to please and were helpful but overall below average amenities.
Sheets and towels and pillows had lots of stains and were old very hard and crusty.
Bathroom has rusted shower, mothballs in drains. No restuarant, no bar, no common meeting place, only stay in room, very basic breakfast brought in from outside. Everyone says location is good, it is in New Dehli and close to India Gate and some other attractions but not walking distance to any food outlets and the street had lots of locals sleeping rough overnight, not safe to walk around at night, would not stay there again and not recommend to westerners, barely a one star rating. Other hotels we stayed in throughout Rajasthan were great, this was the worst.

87 Karat inn is well situated . near shopping center , restaurant nearby, metro station nearby , Personal helpful, breakfast ok , information desk officer very good, helpful. Manager Mr Prakash & mr Bunty helpful and plan our stay in india wonderfully .

my experience was excellent and we will expecting same, all staff specially karat 87 inn director and all the manager of the reception is very good , the location of this hotel is very good and all the room of hotel excellent and service also.
this hotel is suitable for business class, couples, family etc.

Stayed in room no 103 from 28th june to 1st july '2016 booked thru giibibo it was excellent stay front desk was very helpful overall staff was good food was great specially Mr. Prakash is very flexible & polite humble & helpful had meals there good taste try aloo parantha they did not charge for early check in overall it was recommended stay worth the price, pratik udaipur

Friend of mine and I stayed in this hotel through recommendation of one of the friend from Delhi. This hotel has two properties one: Hotel Karat 87 and other one Karat 87 Inn, managed by same owner next to each other. We stayed almost 6 nights, I'm not complainer as I belong to tourism industry myself and I understand however I think the hotel service is way too behind the expected basic services. Almost all the rooms are entire need of renovation, service delay is normal and they do not turn up until we end of shouting after losing the patience.
Hotel Karat 87, has pop and bar next door. This disturbs you like the hell, pop and bar is open until 1am daily, after 1am people shout and flight outside loudly and you cannot have sound sleep. I do not recommend anyone to use Karat 78. There are plenty of other hotels in Karol Bargh, Delhi far better than this.
