Disappointing service by staff. The property lacks maintenance. The staff is discourteous and rude at times. They do not grant simple requests. I was shocked when they asked for my room keys and inspected the room while we still occupied it,citing some non Sense rule.
Not recommended.

Booked 2 rooms . were checked into suite( charges are same). Next day ,without any information or permission , while we were away ,our luggate was incompletely shifted to another room. When we went to suite to pick up our luggage( A LAPTOP and Clothes etc) we treated badly by new occupants. The management started a web of lies to booking agency and to us.Not Recommended .
The owners phone was not reachable throughout.

On recent visit to Kasauli , we stayed at a place called Kasauli hill resort. The experience was not up tp the mark.
1. We had booked two rooms through Go Ibibo .
2. We were offered a twin room cottage at the place by manager on duty. We took it.
3, When going out after breakfast on 21st , we were told that the suite was booked by another party and we will have to shift.
4. I told the manager not to do so and he apparently agreed.
5. When we called in the evening to book dinner , we were told that our room has been shifted and all our belongings have been shifted.
6. On reaching the resort ,we found that ONE MACBOOK and ONE Jeans and some medicines has not been shifted.
7. We went to the suite with manager where a party was on. We did found our belongings but were threatened and prevented from doing so by new occupants.WE could not trace few articles including medicines.
8. Finally after pleading we were allowed to take our belongings. The manager left the place as soon as he saw that the party was going on.
9. The owner of the place could not be contacted since his phone was out of reach. Goibibo person could not be of any help in resolving the matter except discount for lost medicines.
The manager of the place was very arrogant and totally unapologetic. He shifted the blame on housekeeping ladies and wanted us to argue with them.
I would not recommend this place to any traveler in future. Good place like Kasauli are getting bad names because these unscrupulous people .

One of the most faboulus hotels I have been, in terms of being close to nature.
Trees and mountains are everywhere you see. Proper inhouse sports facility are there like cycling, badminton, mini gym, dart game, carrom etc.
Service and food are good.
Cons
1. Located 4kms from Garkhal and 7kms from Kasauli. Road is also not good from Garkhal.
2. Hotel is 400mtrs downstairs from main road. U have to climb down and up yourself. Cars are parked on main road. Very difficult for old people.
3. Plenty of animals will come and surprise you.

The hotels offers a wonderful view of the forest, calm and serene.
Just sit on the balcony and relax. The hotel is a perfect place for a relaxing weekend.
Perfect for couples on a honeymoon and friends who just want to chill without any disturbance.
We were 5 friends and the experience was amazing.
The food served in the hotel is pretty good and there are few activities also there inside the resort.
The resort is around 150 mets down from the road level and the climb down or up is not easy specially with kids.
Cons:-
--The sports equipment in the resort were very bad condition.
--You have to park your car on the main Garkhal Kanda road and you have to climb down to the resort.
Climbing Up is not that easy speciallywith kids.
