I visited the Hotel and it was perfect a break from the madness of the city of marrakech but near to get into the city without breaking the bank.
The hotel offered a daily free shuttle to and from the hotel and provided excellent service. The beds were comfortable and rooms were clean, with excellent bathroom facilities. The hotel was clean tidy and well cared for by the staff who too care to provide excellent service, The Hotel poole was clean and well kept.
Food was ordered daily from a menu but the staff would prepare local dishes if requested, food was good. Advise and maps provided and the reception team made a few excellent suggestions to go to the Atlas mountains. Again this we advise well taken as the trips were an eye opening experience into another culture.
The local villages were friendly and if you wanted to go for a run they were helpful in giving me directions to the local points of interest.
The words excellent come up often in the review and that best described my experience at the hotel.

We stayed there 3 days, it was really a memorable stay, amazing hospitality from the staff (wahid, youssef, yassine...) they were really so helpfull. The kasbah has a stunning view on the atlas mountains with beautiful and large rooms. We ordered special diner which was incredibly delicious. We will definetly go back and recomend it to our friends.

We booked this through Last Minute. Wrong decision. As other people say, a beautiful hotel with a stunning view. But practically no guests. No atmosphere. Appalling service. We left and found somewhere else.

Great honeymoon destination away from the hustle and bustle of Marrakech, but with easy access to the medina via free daily shuttle.
Still can't quite believe how cheap this was. We enjoyed a 3 course meal every evening with authentic moroccan food. The chef was on top form every day.
It has beautiful views and a lovely pool to dip into during the heat of the day.
it was really quiet during April - for the first few days it was just us and we were living in our own private palace.
The staff are polite and helpful. The only downsides were that during the quieter parts of the day, you had to go and hunt them down if you wanted a beverage or snack.
There is hot water for the showers but it doesn't last that long. However when it is really hot during the summer that wouldn't be a problem.
Whilst it was really cheap to stay here, the snack prices were expensive compared to the restaurants we visited in town. Not really a concern except for the bottled water price. We bought water purification tablets and then used the tap water which saved us a fair few dirhams in the end.
Overall a great place and would definitely go back if we went to Marrakech again.

Me and my now wife went here for our honeymoon. This hotel is lovely, in an amazing setting beautiful views from the rooms. The food for evening meal was so nice, a different meal each night. The Pizzas on the lunch menu were al very very good. The shuttle bus was very useful, would have been great if there was one that came back a bit later, but still very useful. Not one bad experience in this hotel, although the lady who does the massages was a little moody. One thing to be aware of, The cockerels are very protective over their hens, i was attacked a few times, this maybe scary for small children. All in all an amazing holiday, very relaxing hotel, with amazing views and a nice big pool. Not many rooms either so never ever got busy. Wi-Fi average at best but useful when needed.
