This hotel is stunning, one of the nicest I have stayed in! The staff are friendly, the cleaners are so nice, the gym is well equipped and has everything you need. The room service was very nice and highly recommend the breakfast. The bathroom has a lot of amenities more than an average hotel. Would highly recommend the only bad thing I would point out is the wifi to the room is not good their was very limited signal to the room and the charger for phone is far away from the bed. But apart from that I recommend!

This place looks great from the lobby to the bathroom.
Very good beds, various restaurants of great quality (international buffet, German restaurant...) They even brew their own Paulaner beer.
You can rent a bycicle from the hotel to move around, or the concierge is also happy to help you book tours or taxis at a great price.

I spent 4 nights and everything at this hotel was a really 5 star experience. Elegance and luxury at its finest, great polite and friendly staff but also very professional. Interior design was amazing itself , beautiful rooms,good food, and I would like to thank specially one of your stuff his name is Zekaria who made my stay really comfortable by explaining all the details regarding the hotel, the city and specially during Breakfast and dinner due to the language barrier with some stuff and I do understand, I really do appreciate his help and he really deserve all the best in his career path.....Highly recommended!

I had come on a business trip to Yinchuan and stayed the hotel for two days.The staff was really friendly and helpful.I loved the rooms very spacious. Food was not bad either.Concierge was very helpful in recommending the nearby places to visit. Overall a good hotel. Highly recommended.

The rooms are nice and spacious, the gym is small but you can make it work, there is a pool and steam and sauna, although the steam room didn't work when I was there.
The staff really need to work on their english skills, unless no foreigners stay here then it's fine.
The food selection is an issue, unless you stick perfectly to their restaurant timings you're stuffed.
The room service menu is very limited and lunch options on te hotel are near none. As long as you don't get hungry between 10am and 17:30 you're fine....
This hotel definitely needs to review their afternoon dining options as the same menu is displayed in the different venues and room service, offering the same options
