This is a lovely place, not far from the centre of Casablanca, that should tick the boxes for a short city break. Staff consistently polite and pleasant; room clean and modern; and a functioning bar for thirsty tourists. The car park across the road is a little ramshackle but otherwise would have little to complain about.

I have been the first time in moroco for the first time and I have stayed a few days in the hotel and I did get excellent time specially from two of the girl in the reception by the name FATIMA AND KAWTAR they were really helpful by giving me a full of information what to do and where to go about Casablanca so I personally thank them for the service they gave me.

I arrived to the Kenzi Basma hotel early. I had an early flight and made arrangements to arrive early to check into my room. I traveled with a group of 26 and our check in process took about 30 minutes. I only stayed 1 night in the hotel. The hotel is located in a very busy neighborhood. The neighborhood was not very clean but the people were nice. Grocery stores are in close proximity and snack shops are everywhere. The rooms are spacious and decorated lovely. The hotel smelled of smoke in the lobby and common areas. The hotel has a lounge area on the 1st floor where you can grab a salad and a alcoholic drink (if you want). They played a a variety of music that we enjoyed listening to as we waiting for our drive to dinner. For breakfast, there is a buffet area on the 2nd floor that serves yogurt, eggs and etc. The service was a bit slow but we were a part of 26. The balcony was small and looked out onto a busy street.
Overall this hotel was fine for 1 night

I have spent there 5 nigths during a working trip. The hotel location is very good and the staff especially the receptionists are extremily gentle and helpful. Free parking for hotel guests.Good Intercon breakfast.Rooms are big but those on 2 floor are not so nice if you can chose the upper floors. It is worth it for its price.

Locaded in the centre of Casablanca; quite Location; all facilities for a short stay and Business; comfortable Office Restaurant; simple rooms with old Fashion; Elevator and room phone were out of order
