We stayed here on a golfing trip. The welcome, accommodation, and breakfast were all superb - thoroughly recommend it. The standard of the bed linen, towels and furnishings is very high indeed, plus a giant screen tv in the lounge in addition to the bedroom tv.

Kerr cottage ticks all the boxes excellent rooms fantastic breakfast great owners if you get a chance pay them a visit you won't be disappointed you'll get a fabulous welcome and a great stay you won't want to leave

Stayed again for a few days after last visit in 2015. Pleased to say nothing has changed, I.e. As good as ever. Attentive hosts, lovely breakfasts and spotless, modern, well equipped rooms. Highly recommended.

Could not Fault With this place,5* B&B that out shone 99% of 5* hotels. As soon as we arrived we were greeted with a warm welcome offered tea and scones, to our disappointment we could not partake as we were running a little late. Our room was pristine not a speck of dust with bright white linen and towels all the little extras and attention detail to what a guest may need
1 complimentary box of Chocolates that tasted amazing
2 hair mouse and spray,
3 make up remover,
4 cotton buds, nail clippers, make up pads, comb.
5 bubble bath,
6 hand wash and hand cream,
I'm sure i have missed a few things?
The breakfast was also amazing greeted by the hosts to explain the coffee, Juice, toast, and cereal we could help ourselves to of which i had all Three, and once again was excellent i would recommend the nutty muesli. The hosts reappeared like a well-oiled engine to take our cooked options, Which when arrived was cooked to perfection and just the right amount on the plate. When i Write A review i like to start with the good points and end with the bad, on this occasion, The only Bad point is that all those other B&Bs we go to in th future will have a lot to live up to
We could not recommend this amazing place highly enough.

Such a lovely B&B in Dalbeattie - I would really recommend staying here. Liz is a great host, so friendly and welcoming and we were even offered tea and scones on arrival! The room was very comfortable and immaculately clean. Breakfast was very tasty too and a great selection of hot and cold food to set you up for the day!
