Staff was not helpful with questions and was rude, we waited right at a half hour to get checked in. There were 2 people working but only one apparently checking in customers

Room 111 was updated and clean. A few signs of wear, but nothing egregious. I'd stay here again, and I'm pretty picky. Non-smoking rooms and dog friendly, too. Close enough to charming old part of town. Great beach for walks/runs.

This motel is clean and very well kept. It is a safe area - well lit parking lot - close to Casinos and fishing !

kinda confused at all the 4-5 star ratings, at best i consider it to be average, especially at almost $100/night. unless the room we stayed in was still waiting to be "freshened/updated". the outside is cute and looks inviting. the inside does reflect the (computer generated) pictures and how the rooms are laid out, but in reality the furniture/bed/appliances all show lots of wear. the room/bathroom was clean (as best it could be) and everything did function fine. the A/C worked good, but the dripping water sound from the condenser and a rowdy crowd/neighbors outside made for a long night.management and front desk personal are really nice and friendly.

The room was clean and big. Having not stayed in a motel before, I was pleasantly surprised. It was relatively quiet given the proximity to the road, and I felt safe.
I am bemused by the bath tub next to the bed - given that there was a shower in a bathtub in the bathroom.
Breakfast looked basic and depressing. But for the price, just go get breakfast in the town.
