Absolutely horrendous. The only good thing about this place is the reception staff, because whilst we had a nightmare trying to even find a suitable room, they were very helpful and friendly. We paid for a double room, and when we checked in, we were sent to a room which was tiny. So small, they could only just fit a double bed In there. There was mould growing on the window sills, and up the curtain. The bed was as good quality as a camp bed, and there were stains on the carpets. My friend is asthmatic, and therefore we requested a change of room, which the reception staff happily sorted for us. The next room was just as small, but it was cheap, so we were going to make do. That was until we walked into the bathroom. There was a huge pool of water covering the bathroom floor, which was coming from the ceiling, behind a light bulb!! Which was definitely a huge fire hazard. So again, we requested a room change. They upgraded us to a family room, which was much better than before. Having said this, there were still windows which wouldn't shut because the latches were broken, so we had to sleep with the windows ajar. There were bulbs out and not even a toilet roll holder. However, we stayed in the room, and it was bearable. I would not recommend staying for more than one night. There were also smashed windows in the hallways which had not been fixed. Breakfast was strange. Things such as tuna mayo, and egg salad HOWEVER breakfast was free, so can't complain massively there.

OMG we paid £69 and my goodness you do get what you pay for but even so I thought there were some health and hygiene laws which have to be met!! Check in was quick and easy, guy on reception was very nice. We had to go through what seemed a maze to get to our room including via the tradesman's entrance, cold and dirty. On the way up to our room this is when it all started to go down hill. We could smell weed which got stronger and stronger as we neared our room. The smell was so bad we had to put a towel under the door to stop the smell coming in. We went to turn the telly on which wasn't tuned in and neither could my husband tune it in, so no telly! we went to make a cuppa but the plug socket was no where near the kettle so we had to boil it on the floor. We went to have showers but couldn't turn the temperature down so choosing not to scald ourselves no showers. Went to have a wash down in the basin but all this muck came out of the tap with the water! yuk! had to brush our teeth using bottled water. The lights they have on the sophits around the roof of the hotel shone into our room it was like sleeping with a bright lamp on all night. (Curtains didn't close properly). The final straw was the dirty bed linen see photos attached. I felt physically sick. There are plenty of guest houses and hotels around Golders Green great central area but do your homework on your accommodation and do not stay here!

Room in the roof, had to move the bed to open on-suite, (HA-HA) bathroom door. Plug kettle in on the floor as there were no power points close. The chair in the room had the most insecure legs and there was NO wi-fi in the room. Just NOT to be reccommended.

Me and my partner stay in this hotel for 3 nights. We came to Visit London. Staff are friendly but hotel is dirty our room was on first floor, it was like walking through labyrinth to get to our room. Room was very small and needs a bit of paint on the wall. You could never get a good night of sleep, the road is very noisy and every morning someone beeping the horn, and when people use to go to their room all you could hear is the door slamming.
Breakfast I can’t even call it a breakfast, nothing was refrigerated, serving tuna mayo, egg mayo, salad, toast or cereal for breakfast. The juice were sour.
The location was ok but I’d rather spend more money and get a good night sleep and proper breakfast.
Wouldn’t stay here again.

We stayed here for a total of 4 nights. Very cheap compared to rest of London. Very easy to get into the centre of London from Golders green station which is about a 5 minute walk. Room was clean and had fresh towels everyday. Breakfast was basic, toast and cereal but we didn't expect anything extravagant for the price we paid. The staff were fantastic especially Akos and Christian who were extremely friendly and went out of their way to make sure we were okay and had everything we needed. All in all it was a pleasant visit and was fantastic value for money close to central London. We'll definitely be back.
