Absolutely loved this hotel, decor in reception fab, spotless and very very friendly staff, nothing was to much trouble for them. The Food was fab also and the breakfast, it was self service with all that you would want. It was a Lovely and quiet hotel, not a sound at night as we had our little child with us.. Location excellent to Dublin City, Avoca, crokagh Park, dundrum shopping centre. Just lovely and would highly recommend this hotel.
However it didn’t have any facilities as in a spa, pool etc on site. We didn’t mind.. it was still beautiful

This is a comfortable and good property, spacious rooms and well-kitted bathrooms; safe in every room, very polite personnel (Alina at Reception is a very helpful person).
My only 'negative' is around their being pricey on drinks and food; this being a 4* property, they have priced their drinks and food higher than a 5* hotel that is just a couple of miles down the road. The adjacent (within the property) McGettigan's Restaurant too is pricey, although the food was excellent. Our Group took to dining at the 5* (where we were attending a Conference anyways) as that meant 5* luxury surrounds at a better price.

Very clean comfortable and quiet
I would always consider myself economic with money and recently I have decided to spend an extra few€€€ when staying in locations when away from home for work and this hotel Further proves my point that you pay for what you get
€80 for a night for room only is exceptional value

Rooms are spacious enough and clean.
Water pressure is good in shower and bath to.
Breakfast was what you'd expect couldn't complain filled me up plenty to choose from although the floor staff didn't pay to much attention to offering guests coffee. We sat down and ordered our coffee and then two more colleagues joined our table and nobody came near them to see if they wanted coffee or tea Luckily our coffee pots had enough for us to share with them.

Stayed here recently as I was attending a business meeting early the following morning at the hotel (didnt want to sit on the M50 prior to the meeting!).
The hotel is absoutley spotless and the decor is very nicely finished throughout, from the reception area to the bed rooms. Staff are attentive and I can recommend the food in the restaurant - first class and reasonably priced.
Worth a stay if your in the Dublin area, highly recommend it!
