I arrived late and it took an hour to check in since they over booked and they had to knock on doors to find an empty room. The young boy at the front desk kept apologizing for the delay in the meantime they were telling other people they would need to call the booking agent that they were overbooked. They ran out of towels so we had no towels in the room.

My friends and i yesterday drove to wildwood nj on our motorcycles for the roar to shore rally. We booked and received a confirmation number 2 days prior to our trip. Had a great time at the rally drove to atlantic city only 30 miles away arrived at 11:30 in the evening. To our suprise and great disappointment they had no vacancies and stated they did not receive our bookings from trip advisor. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Since we live in nj i just drove home.

With the exception of the young man who working the front desk of an obviously family run establishment the Knights Inn is a Knight-mare. Booked a last minute room for the big fight after staying at another New Jersey Atlantic City dump I was "upgraded" to a non smoking room with a jacuzzi...WRONG! jacuzzi didn't work, room smelled SMOKEY & entire building smelled moldy. It's obvious the Knights Inn is a buy a professional & stay here for a few hours MOTEL and on top of that having a crack addict handyman offer to make me coffee I'm done. ....PS the floors are made of plywood so as your walking your bouncing up and down as if on a trampoline but it's not fun, it's actually a potential death trap and you could step in a gopher hole and shred your knees up.

First- We reserved through hotwire. Never again. Our first problem was the room not ready until after 5pm. Then, I think our key opened every guests room. The pool was disgusting. No towels, no customer service. No breakfast as promised. No coffee. Smells disgusting from marijuana and mold. Went to use the bathroom and the ceiling fell down on me because the person upstairs toilet over flowed. Also happened to the person in the room next door! Mohammad (who was working) barely spoke english and would not refund any money. Had to fight for weeks for a refund because we refused to stay in a room with collapsing ceilings. Prostitutes in and out all night long. Noise and fowl language in the hallway all night. Couldn't sleep. Did I mention bugs in the room? Not even sure what they were! I was disappointed that hotwire or any company would represent this dive! This is not a family hotel unless you want you kids educated on prostitution, foul language and drugs! Oh and free wifi? I didn't work they said.

My Daughter and I arrived at 2:00 p.m. "check in time. the lobby doors were open because they had no Air conditioner running.the 'clerk said it would take 30 minutes because no rooms were ready,mind you I reserved my room 2 weeks prior.a young woman entered from one of the rooms wearing a bra and tight pants. the pool was not filled. I reserved through HOTWIRE.COM. NEVER USE HOTWIRE.COM and NEVER STAY AT THIS PLACE. I believe it is a hotel for PROSTITUTES. we left and went to QUALITY INN ***** it was a $46 lesson learned. THE MOST DEPRESSING place I ever walked into. LISTEN, I used to live in a shelter years ago, this is worse.
