Great place and amazing staff
Parya Non 05/11/2017 16:02I have stayed here several times this year and I have zero complaints. The location is great, right in the city. The price is perfect. It is less expensive than the competitors there and the rooms are bigger. The staff are very friendly, flexible and kind. This is a great place and I will be staying here on all my trips to Bracebridge as I come here often in the fall. Thanks!
Great quaint and clean motel!!
KEN Con 03/11/2017 01:36If your looking for a quiet motel with clean comfortable rooms then this is the place . Only minutes from all amenities and the hosts are great . A must stay and the prices are excellent !!! Your in the heart of Muskoka and it is minutes from all the fabulous sites!
You get what you pay for
Arnaud Mon 05/10/2017 12:43This little hotel in the heart of the beautiful town of bracebridge is a budget hotel, so don't expect it to be anything else. It's a bit rundown and cramped. Rooms are tiny, have poor layouts and are not extremely appealing.
However, staff, despite not being the most friendly is accommodating and there is parking and wifi that works most of the time.
Beware, terrible service, avoid
jroc999on 25/09/2017 15:04Arrived late for our pre-paid stay. Nobody in the office, which is fine. Rang the buzzer, was argued with for 10 minutes, as she said there were "no check ins after 11", unbeknownst to us. We kept ringing until she let us into the office. She proceeded to lecture us about checking in late, and she now insisted that she was "helping us out" by now allowing us to check in to the room that we had already paid for, although she never would have let us in if we didn't keep ringing the buzzer. More arguing ensued, and we decided that we were no longer comfortable staying in the hotel. Asked for a refund, and she refused.
Didn't even ever make it into the room. Decided we would rather sleep in the car, the service was that bad.
You offer a service. You are not "helping us out" by making it extremely difficult to check in to a room that we had already paid for.
Barely adequate
ruthgary2017on 11/09/2017 23:51Poor value for what you get. Breakfast rather a sad offering. Room clean on surfaces - but undusted on fronts of desk etc. Dirt in drawers etc. No desk lamp and not even a coffee maker! Bed side lamps not plugged in - had to crawl around to get it plugged in. Hot water in the shower very on and off - first hot then cold then hot etc.
