I have stayed here a few times. They seem to strive to not only maintain, but improve, the property. Standard continental breakfast, but beats having to stop somewhere and buy breakfast. Will certainly stay here when I am in the area.

We decided to stay here after reading reviews of other motels and were not disappointed. The room was clean and well cared for. Not sure about the blue bath/shower enclosure though! Bearing in mind the busy road, it was fairly quiet. The breakfast was ok, nothing to shout about but perfectly adequate.

Been staying here for work for the past month. I stayed at a few other hotels in Chanute, but felt a lot more comfortable here. The breakfast was good , and rooms were well kept. The staff did a good job cleaning the rooms, plus, Andy at the front desk helped me out on a few occasions when I locked my key in my room

This is a very good place to stay I love it very clean and nice manger and all around good quite place to stay when you travel and a clean pool I was very impressed nothing fancy but it not a bad surrounding I really like it good prices friendly and pet friendly to just and awesome

This small town, down to earth hotel had the potential to be a great place to stay I chanute! The knights inn is guaranteed to provide Clean sheets and soft towels daily! If you find yourself in need of a reliable place to stay, here It is!
