This hotel was the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. Blood and urine stained bed linens. Roaches all over the walls and damaged furniture. The bathroom was dirty and had just recently had dry wall put up to hide the mold. Nothing was clean because they don't have house keeping the owner and his family who live there "clean" it. Complained to the manager and was denied refund and accused of being the one who bled and urinated on the linens. Hotel was incredibly outdated and just plain trashy. Had to call and file a report with the health department regarding the blood and urine.

We stayed here for one night, as we were passing through, and all other hotels were booked. We laughed as we pulled in as we and the kids were a little leery about the place. It's set behind other hotels and isn't quite what we are use to staying in. However, we had a nice view of Lookout Mountain, the people were very nice, and the room was clean. For the price, it was suitable for a one night stay.

Woke up this morning to a bed bug on the bathroom wall. Woke up my husband to get out and a bed bug was crawling on the sheet of the bed. We run out of there as fast as we can. The front desk workers/owners was so unfazed by hearing this. Gave us a $25 refund and said that they would contact their pest control guy. I pray we didn't bring any of those things home with us.

There is a lot of false advertising going on with this advertisement. They say there is a free breakfast, but in truth, it is store bought sweet rolls, watered down apple/orange juice, horrible coffee. The room was in horrible disrepair; the carpet needed cleaning, the ceiling is peeling, and there was not any running hot water in the bathroom sink. I wasn't able to connect to Wi-Fi, and this also is advertised as free. We asked for non-smoking room, but our room reeked of stale smoke. Extremely disappointed in this hotel, and to find that they are part of the Wyndham chain and these hotels should be in better condition. Also, the noise above us was horrible as well.

I stayed here overnight while passing through the area and enjoyed my stay very much. Room was clean and the furnishings looked fresh and new. My bed was very comfortable and the sheets and towels were clean and fresh. The room I was in had a fantastic WiFi signal. I was close to the office so maybe that helped. There are limited outlets for charging your items but better than some places I've been. Staff was friendly and helpful. If I am in the area again I would definitely stay here.
