It has to be the worst place I have ever stayed in!!! The whole place was scruffy and needed a good clean. No cleaning took place on the stairs or the hallways.
It was for 4 nights with Continental breakfast included.
Only coffee for one person was available in the room, although there was two of us.
The room was smelly, the sliding doors did not lock, but there was a safety chain, which we used all the time. There was no air conditioning and the iron provided was disgusting and unusable.
After complaining we did get a new iron.
After all said, the bed was clean and comfy.
The ceiling was water stained and the bathroom door was held together with masking tape.
Breakfast was meant to be Continental: It comprised of toast, jam,some kind of spread, cereal and milk and fruit juice. There were some tangerines on offer but they were sour and not nice at all. Coffee was on offer. Very basic, and one morning we couldn't find anywhere to sit.That morning there were a few Chinese customers and noodles and eggs were on offer!
Eating breakfast out was a good choice, plenty of places to eat and lots of variety.
I did not enjoy my stay here, the only saving grace was I only had to sleep there, not spend any extra time there!

One positive note - the hotel staff was very nice. Other than that we will never stay here again. Room locks and hotel door locks did not work. Had to have a staff member open our door every time. They were installing new locks but they didn't work any better. Water stains on ceilings, bathroom door frame dirty, newish wallpaper put right over bumps, holes etc. Wall repair above sink in bathroom very sloppily done. No stopper in sink and the one in the bathtub wasn't attached. Nothing in room about breakfast or pool times. Missing Do Not Disturb/Clean room sign. Breakfast offerings were minimal. Didn't even bother with eating there. Can't believe that Wyndham has it's name attached to this hotel. Someone please save this hotel.

The room was huge. Had microwave and fridge which was not expected. Each room has a patio i thought was nice. Hotel was quiet and we had a nice stay. The room numbers are weird and so was parking but overall it was not bad. I would stay again.

We have stayed at this hotel dozens and dozens of times over 30 years under 4 or 5 different owners. We loved the location. Sadly, this is the last time ... it is just getting worse each visit. This hotel really needs to get an owner that is ready to bring it back to a quality stay. Washing machines were out of order, WiFi worked only if they rebooted the router (had to ask them every day), really old smelly carpet in the halls, door locks worked off and on, free continental breakfast was easily the worst we have seen anywhere anytime. They failed to service the room on 1 of our 3 nights. Attempts to get help from the front desk went no where as the desk was unmanned frequently. They have no elevator for the 2nd floor. Attempts to give them some feed back got the "I will tell the manager" response. Side comment... there is an excellent restaurant with fabulous breakfasts right next to the hotel.

For this Hotel Chain to be owned and Operated by Wyndham International Resort...there is definitely an issue! Small rooms, uncomfortable beds, handful of boring channels are just a few perks received when spending the evening. Watch out Norman Bates!!
