Nice rooms. Pool was not heated .Trying to get quaters made lady at desk mad. Rest of staff was good but she was rude

Accommodations were average; buffet breakfast was good, staff was friendly. Desk person on checkout said he could not give us a receipt because the reservation was booked through a third party. We needed a receipt to submit with our "Spend a night on us" certificate will reimburse our expense. So..l.called after returning home and spoke with a very pleasant young lady and she looked up and sent me a receipt on e-mail.

We ask for a nonsmoking room and it smelled like smoke. Also we seen a roach on the wall. The check in was okay the breakfast was good. But disappointed in the hotel with the room.

We own a small family business and travel A LOT for it. We made our way down to TN to visit our son, who lives in Knoxville. We decided to stay for a couple of days and this hotel did not disappoint.
Jack, front desk clerk, is extremely congenial and highly skilled. He upgraded us and offered to sign us up for Wyndham rewards when he saw that we are from Oregon on my husbands drivers’ license.
We had stayed at a Wyndham hotel the 3 nights prior, they knew were from Oregon, and they didn’t even mention the rewards program. 3 nights we could have had points for!!
This hotel is newly renovated and truly renovated nicely. Some hotels say they are and if is just some minor cosmetic changes. This one is very well done! They have a huge indoor pool surrounded by inside rooms that open up to the pool like a motel but, it’s all covered and feels like an indoor patio. The other rooms open to the outside.
Laundry room was very clean and nice. We took advantage of it. Cleaning staff do a nice job, as well.
They accept pets under 25 lbs for $15. Lower than most.
We loved it here. Safe & secure & tons of parking. The outdoor lighting could improved but, it still felt safe. This is a huge motel, convenient to downtown. Our son lives in old downtown and it was a breeze to get there.
We will make this our go-to place when in Knoxville. Everyone should - rates were good too!

Earl checked us in... great guy!! Helpful!! Room was newly renovated and for the price could NOT BE BEAT!!!
