cgonz011on 06/11/2017 13:17Upon checking in to the inn the staff was unfriendly and the room was unclean. You could see where there had been water damage in the hotel room and the toilet was not secured to the floor. I travel with a service dog and was charged an extra $100. When I called to have the matter resolved, the owner was extremely unprofessional and refused to take care of the matter unless I traveled back to Punta Gorda. I offered to email him my paperwork and he hung up on me. I have never been treated this way at another establishment and this is unacceptable. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. THERE ARE OTHER ESTABLISHMENTS THAT ARE PRICE COMPARABLE IN THE SAME AREA!!!!!!!

talaporteon 18/10/2017 14:42Tractor/trailer parking is ample. The staff are quick to respond to any issue. The rooms are immaculate. This is our third stay here, and we will be back. I was, however, disappointed to find NO business center, nor any method of printing anything.

richiehvacon 16/09/2017 23:29Stayed at this motel after hurricane Irma for 5 days with my handicapped mother in handicap room. Older motel where you park in front of rooms. Huge handicap parking spots, not fancy but clean and friendly owners and staff and you can tell things are maintained. Coffee, sweet roll asst. and juice for breakfast. For the cost of the rooms I doubt you will find much better. Highly recommend.

Joy Mon 09/08/2017 02:31This is a nice little hotel that's super close to the airport. Obviously, it's not the Ritz, but it's neat and tidy, and a good value for a quick stay. Our room had been totally updated and was clean. Staff was friendly -- very accommodating when our flight was delayed and we got there LATE. Breakfast is packages of donuts, juice boxes, etc. If you want hot food, McDonalds is directly across the street. No complaints. We would stay here again.
