We were blown away by the hospitality and kindness. The staff really made our experience wonderful.
We arrived late into the night and the hotel arranged for someone to be there for us. Then, we slept until he next morning and they saved breakfast for us as they were aware of our circumstance. They took amazing care of us and treated us wonderfully.
The resort it’s self is pretty and well kept. The little cottages are cute and all you need. The food was good. We really enjoyed our stay.
The only complaint is the hot spring area could go for a renovation but everything else was beautiful. The pool area, dining area, and yoga areas were very nice.

My husband and I and our small dog Ziggy stayed here at Hotel Kororo while we went on some daytime excursions. The place is simple with lots of charm and natural gardens with fruit trees in abundance. Peggy and Maria made us feel so comfortable and was always available for advise on where to go and were more than accommodating when it came to traveling with our dog. The waiter Paul (i think this was his name) made sure to help us with our vegan options and even made us pancakes with no eggs or milk. I was so impressed by the quality of the staff that I intend to come back and suggest to anyone I know traveling through Arenal to take the time to stay here and enjoy the tranquility of what it has to offer. Another bonus was the hot springs were available each evening to soak in after a day full of hikes. Thank you again for making our time so memorable.

The hotel is a great place to rest with wonderful spaces to relax like the yoga area. Thermo-mineral waters are great to go at night and relax. Rooms are clean and have good views. The included breakfast was really good and the staff is very nice.

Was a great experience... our secound time and surely not last time...
We are family with 3 kids, they enjoyed so much...
Breakfast was nice...
Even dinner was great (love the ceviche)
Fully recommended for relax and private vacation...

The hotel staff as well as facilities were wonderfull. It like walking in the Forrest green and beutifull. Termal pool was excellent and the yoga sanctuary was great. Access to the hotel and near by town was great.
