Outstanding boutique hotel centrally located to downtown Merida.
Small, clean, modern (built/remodeled in 2014) but from street looks very classic Spanish colonial Excellent staff, very helpful.Quiet. Secure. Delicious continental breakfast in morning.

Short stay - only two nights - in this beautiful boutique hotel in Merida. It's a great choice for couples, having a romantic atmosphere.
A highlight for me was the quality of service. Juan Paulo was extraordinary! From great recommendations of places to eat, to in-depth knowledge about the city and sharing info about hidden gems (you should definitely try the sorbet from Colon!), he went above and beyond. Everyone else was also professional and helpful - great attitude.
I'm not going to dwell too much on the room & property, as there are already many good reviews describing them. Would recommend room 5 - next to the pool, spacious shower, nice mood lighting. The hotel is close to the city centre and in a safe, quiet area.
If you're looking for a private place where you can relax and enjoy some quality time with your loved one, this hotel is for you.

A beautiful boutique with an excellent location in Merida. The breakfast if very nice and service very good. I ended up with the flu while staying there and had to stay an additional two days. The hotel was super nice letting me stay in my room, call for a doctor and come by my room with water and fruit. Thank you so much! I'm so grateful for your extra service.

It was a lucky last minute find and what a fabulous place. Having stayed at four other hotels and posadas in Merida in the last couple of years this is definitely my new favourite hotel. The modern architecture was a breath of fresh air in hot Merida, the outdoor shower for our room added a further cooling effect. Well located, helpful staff, clean, comfortable, good parking options, lovely pool and courtyards. A joy to the modern-minded senses.

Very nice little boutique hotel. It was very clean and the service was great. Continental breakfast was included in our package and the quantity was just right: a small bowl of fruit, yogurt with granola, coffee, and bread.
