So after negative reviews still gave it try since the photos were really nice. I must say the place is really close to the beach just 40-50 steps, rooms are good and clean. The reason i am giving 1 star is because of their staff and service. On day 2 of my stay (check out day) they did not have a buffet breakfast so the person in charge told us to order alacarte food, i only ordered for 2 egg white omelette and toast bread, upon check out the manager charged 160 Rs for the omelette and said egg is not included in the buffet breakfast, oh common instead of the entire buffet breakfast you cannot serve your guests with omelette ? Which hotel on earth does not give eggs in the breakfast ? Also he did not provide me the invoice or bill for that charge, so i know he took it. The owner should really think about such incidents as these are degrading the hotel ratings. I would surely like to stay here again but will opt for Room only option since they charge you for the breakfast but never give you one and ultimately you have to buy your own breakfast. Recommended for stay.

The rooms with sea view are great, the whole property is very well kept up, staff are very friendly! Stayed in room 402 recommended for sea view, the balcony also spacious. Great vacation, great memories.

Its a good hotel located on the peaceful end of the kovalam beach.
Rooms are good,
Staff are very helpful.
My overall experience is excellent.
My room was facing the beach and the balcony was also big.

It was a wonderful trip to Kerala during monsoon.
We stayed Kovalam for 3 days and it was a memorable experience.It was raining almost all the day and night, the beach was peaceful. The hotel is a small boutique one on the end of the beach, enjoyed the food and ambience.

We stayed in this hotel( delux room)from 17 Feb to 21 st Feb. booked through agoda. It was an leisure trip. Online Photo is always good . We choose this hotel after reviews. But when we entered in this hotel . It was not like that. In four days we could not get hot tea. We asked for south Indian food which was not available. Only in day time lady at the reception could understand Hindi & English . Once that lady gone there is no body whom you can tell your requirement. We order whatever was available there i.e. Paneer Butur Masla . But they served us Manchurian type dish of paneer. Which was not eatable.About Wash room- at first glance it look that everything is fine once you use than one can know . Bath tub was too small that an average built person can not adjust in that . Hot water available only after complain. only small bath soap was available in washroom. Air condition was fitted at the head . If you feel hot and try to adjust the temperature of AC than you feel cold. TV Remote button was not working. We requested to change the remote but request unheared.
