Beautiful place near Nafplio
Georgios_tripon 30/10/2016 16:33We stayed at Ktima Anastasia for 3 nights during October. It is located 5-10 minutes by car from Nafplio in a nice place among orange and olive trees. There is a big free parking zone in Nafplio so going there by car is never a problem. The room was clean and convenient, with a nice terrace and kitchen facilities. The hotel owner is always trying to suggest good places to eat and visit. We appreciated a lot the quietness and privacy of the place.

Ours and the others' were visited by a superactive hostess twice a day come rain or shine. Not my idea of vacation.
Sort of a roundabout circular building. Small apartments. In ours we heard the people in the reception office all day long through our toilet window. They probably heard our indigestion from our wc as well ! And in the evenings we heard them from our 'terrace' yabbing noisily away till 11 pm.
The apartment was absolutely overfurnished but very ill equipped in kitchenwear. With nauseating fungus smell from under the sink.
One window only with curtains always drawn because owner needs to prance new guests noisily through his olive/lemon grove on daily arrival. Terrace is definitely not private but facing mentioned grove. And was located next to reception.
Little privacy thus.
I'm sure they mean well but this is no way to spend 3 nights.
We could better have booked a hotel in Nauplio.
Nice studio's, quiet place.
Arendlon 21/04/2016 13:23We spent 3 nights here, nothing outrageos, but a nice place. Large garden, big terrace, downstairs, enough privacy. Beds a bit solid, but clean and OK. You need a car to go anywhere. And... A map of Nafplio, we got terribly lost, the first night.
It could be my home

- quiet.
- clean.
- 5 minutes from Nafplio, parking available.
- the decoration is cosy, just like a home and not a hotel room.
- the room has all the necessary equipment for the kitchen (dishes, pots...) and much more (sponge, dish soap, sugar and coffee to make Greek coffee).
- there is a big table with umbrella, so you can stay outdoor during the summer.
- the owner (Mrs Vicky) is always on her phone (at least) to help you. With the booking confirmation by email, we received also a list with all the archaeological sites of Argolida, including the opening hours, the entrance fee and the phones for each one. At the arrival we received 2 (different) maps of Nafplio, and 1 booklet about the places around Argolida. Of course she proposed 3 restaurants, we went on 2 of them and both was veeeery good. Moreover she explained us the best way to go to our destination, to avoid any traffic!
I'm looking forward to go again!!
Wonderful stay near Nafplio, Epidaurus, Mycenae
AntP100on 02/09/2014 19:09Wonderful place to stay with a family and see all the beauties of the Argolid.
We stayed there 5 days with our 3 children. Place is beautiful and quiet. The owner is very anxious to make your stay enjoyable.
Nafplio is about 5 minutes by car, and it is easy to travel anywhere in Argolis from there.
We had the studio with a bed room and a kitchen/family room where our 3 children slept (2 on the sofa bed, another on an extra bed).
You can enjoy both the pleasure of Nafplio and the quietness of this place at night !
