We have stayed in Annecy a few times at other hotels and feel that this hotel has a good location in old town with access to wonderful restaurants and the lake and hiking trails. The town has quieted down for the shoulder season which is pleasant. The room was a nice size, had a coffee pot and a fridge (ours was not working so we had to put food in the fridge downstairs). The shower and WiFi was great. Fluffy towels, on top of it all. We did not have the breakfast but the lobby area felt a little cold and uninviting. Not having an elevator is not an issue at all. I would stay here again!

Well, the hotel is very well located. The staff were nice and welcoming.Rooms are clean and tidy. It has free wifi, flat tv screen, boiler for tea or coffeee. The basics are there but apart from the location, nothing was amazing. I did not like the purple decoration, the carpet floor and the fact there were no lift, especially with our heavy luggage.out bathhroom did not have air vacuum thus we had to open the window to evacuate the humidity. Good hotel but maybe not a five star one. We payed around 80 euro a night. Not really a good deal.

Our room was clean and comfortable. We had a window in the corner that we opened for a breeze since there was no A/C. The staff was polite. Breakfast was not included. The location was great, on the edge of the old part of the city, the canal, and many restaurants.
Our rating takes into consideration this is not a luxury hotel.

just four minutes by walk from the main station in annecy just down the road. just 3 minutes away and round the corner from the heart f the village, The woman at the desk helped me with a lot of information provded printouts for our vist to Gorges du fier. and the room was exceptionally spacious and very clean, Hot water and coffee facilities. Highly reccommended.

Great location with clean, small and simple rooms. The Staff is pleasant and helpful. The street side rooms can be noisy in the early morning. Good for a small family on a short vacation. Short walk from the train station.
