having an hour and a half spare before the TGV we went here to enjoy a simple lunch before catching the train, rather than the sandwich offering on the station.
the food was so bad we almost did not eat anything off our plates and we are not fussy eaters. plus hot rose and a bowl of ice!

The location of this hotel is excellent for those who are using the TGV and intending to have an overnight stop before travelling on. The hotel is within walking distance (taxis are available at the front of the station), some 500m along rue Mere Teresa. The hotel restaurant is open until 2200 and there is a bar serving drinks until 2300. If you are wanting a base to explore Avignon then this hotel is probably not for you although there is a bus to the centre of Avignon every 20 minutes or so. The second floor room was adequate!y spacious for two adults, had WiFi connection and tea / coffee making facilities. The bathroom was clean, soap dispensers full and sufficient number of towels were supplied. Breakfast is self-service in a large pleasant room which has an adjoining conference room. Visitors using this room have to pass through the room where breakfast is served. There was plenty of choice - fresh fruit ( apples, oranges), a fruit salad made from various tinned fruits and some fresh fruits, yoghurts (natural and flavoured), ham, cheese, scrambled eggs (just warm ), bacon (a bit warmer), a variety of bread, some for toasting, croissants, sweet cakes, baguettes, fruit juices, tea and coffee ( very good) from a machine. The food was adequate without being exceptional.
We found the hotel quiet and adequately heated. Staff were helpful. English is spoken by most of the staff on reception. Registration was very swiftly accomplished. If you are arriving late at night this would be a very good hotel in which to stay.

The room was nice and had all of the facilities. Some staff were helpful, however one member of staff had pronted a bus timetable off for us to visit Aix-en-Provence and after being there the full day then waiting on the bus home- it did not show up. We then realised she had printed off a timetable from 2012!! Causing us to have to wait 3 hours in the heat on the next bus. The hotel is not in the town centre of avignon it is further away which can be an inconvenience when going in and out the centre, however there is a bus right outside the hotel that takes you to the city and right back to the hotel again even at later times in the night. Overall a nice hotel but next time would stay nearer to the city centre.

This hotel is coveniently located close to the TGV station and has good conection (20 min by bus) with Avignon center. It is clean and comfortable, the area is quiet and there is free parking. Wi-fi is fast and the staff helpful. The bathroom is small and there is no fridge in the room. Breakfast was not included, although the room was pretty expensive.

Room for a 1 night too pricey (170€). Far from a town, near TGV Gare.
Bath room: soap dispenser dirty and handle of a shower. Also found a previous customers hair accessory from a writing room's chair. Room's WIFI wasn't on the list. Bed felt like springs were broken after a use of someone heavier. Location good for a TGV passenger.
