we stayed here for a fantastic week,from oct 21st.this is the best flats in blackpool.
very clean,everything that you need in the flats,very morden,it is like a home from home.
lynn and ian are fantastic hosts,very friendly and very knowledgeable,nothing is to much trouble,great to chat to.
the tram and bus stop just down the road,also it is a nice walk in to blackpool along the sea front,the flats are in a excellent location.
the wifi is free and a great signal,
would highly recommend the flats and will definitely return next year.

Stayed here last year with family. The apartments are clean and have everything you need. Tram stop at the end of the road so you are in town centre within 10 minutes. There is a Spar shop also located just around the corner. Lynn and Ian are fab. We are booked to return here in 3 weeks.

A lovely holiday apartment (The Doreen Suite) for our 3 night family break in Blackpool. Clean, well equipped and comfortable, tv's in bedrooms and a good sized bathroom. The apartment is only a short walk from tram and bus stops and you can be at all the main Blackpool attractions within 10 minutes. Off street car parking was also provided which was an added bonus for unloading luggage and shopping.
The owners were very friendly, welcoming and very informative about the local area but not at all intrusive, they made a real fuss of our 3 children. We would highly recommend this accommodation and will definitely book again when we next return to Blackpool.

Stayed here for the 2nd time, once again, it was a fantastic stay.very clean and spotless, excellent size flat, everything you could need is in the flat, ian and lynn are fantastic hosts, very friendly and knowledgeable of the area, very welcomeing.easy access to the trams and bus stops, safe and secure car parking.kids love it here.very comfortable beds, slept very well.would definitely recommend to friends and family, and would definitely go back to the empress.100% happy.

this is our second visit to the empress, we had flat 1 this time, and again, it was excellent throughout, ian and lynn are always very welcoming and helpful, the location is ideal for us as its the quieter north side, but just 2 mins from the prom, this place ticks all the boxes for us, and i no longer search for places to stay in blackpool now, thanks to you both, and see you again.
