The hotel was new so everything in confort was perfect. To go to Como you need a car. The staff was helpful and nice. The hotel was very very clean and the room really spacious.The brekfast dont have too much choice but was the suficient.

Small, overpriced, in the middle of nowhere.
50€ for a noisy room,I could hear everything coming from the near breakfast hall!
My room had a solid red led on roof just over the bed. It was very annoying while sleeping!
The location is remote and no single coffee bar is around.
Rooms are cleaned and wide.

We stayed here on our way from Rome to Germany. The hotel is not easy to find, but it is near the center of the village of Casnate con Bernate and from there they had signs. We stopped and asked a roadside vendor for directions and he was able to help even though we didn't speak Italian and he didn't speak English. Our room was spacious and very clean with two balconies and a great view of the mountains. Contrary to other reviews, we found a wonderful family restaurant, La Patrizia, within easy walking distance of the hotel. The food was excellent. We left before breakfast so not sure how good that was. Also parking was secure. One negative for some could be that they have no elevator.
