From the outside arriving late at night we wondered where the Hotel was as all we could see was a shop and a small gate by the side. We were ushered through the gate and down to reception and finally to our room down in the cellar which didn't bode well, how wrong was I. The room was lovely but the view next morning out the window was stunning. Breakfast on the terrace each morning was amazing with panoramic views over the whole of the bay. The staff were equally as attentive and would assist with whatever needs you required.
I decided not to hire a car given the reports I had read but was concerned this may be a problem given the Hotels location, again I needn't have worried with a bus stop right outside we manage trips to Sorrento, Amalfi, Positano, Ravello, Herculaneum, Pompeii, Capri and even to Paestum all by local transport which was cheap and easy to navigate around.
It even had its own private landing area with a number of sun lounges which we used on several chill out days diving into the crystal blue water to swim whenever it got too hot. Very steep steps down the side of the cliff but well worth the effort.
Overall a brilliant holiday in a stunning location.

We stayed here last month. My husband and I celebrating our 25th Wedding Anniversary. We arrived late at night and when we opened the curtains in our beautiful room all we could say was 'wow,. The view is spectacular and I think we just gazed in amazement for a week. We had some fabulous days out visiting Amalfi, Positano Ravello and Capri. We used the car mostly and found it to be fine, driving does take a bit of getting used to but it was all fine after a bit of practice. We also tried using the bus which was very busy and the boat taxis which we found to be very good. We had some beautiful meals out and especially enjoyed the restaurant in the hotel and LE Bonita Capo who will come and pick guests up. The only bad experience we had was dining at
Da Ciccii De la mare which is just round the coast road from the hotel. We found it to be incredibly over priced and we felt most uncomfortable during the whole experience. We were bed and breakfast at the Conca Marina and the breakfasts are simple but very wholesome and tasty. I was very glad that I hadn't tried the delicious pastries until the last morning because I don't think the plane would have taken off on the way back if I had discovered them earlier! The staff are all wonderful and cannot do enough for you and the owner Salvatore is a charming host and we enjoyed the pasta and local olive oil that he presented to us when we left. We hope to go back hopefully soon. Thank you

We only spent one night here but wished we had stayed longer. The breakfast was the best we had in our ten day stay between Rome, Sorrento and the Amalfi Coast. The little swimming bay at the base of craggy cliffs was gorgeous and we were fortunate that the weather and sea cooperated as sometimes the proprietor does not allow swimming if the sea is on the rough side. We had dinner at the hotel and it was delicious too. The bus stops just outside of the hotel so it is an option in the height of the summer when parking can be problematic in some of the smaller towns. I had a 17 year old and an 11 year old and it was their favourite place too.

First Class Cuisine, Best View at the Sea, Clear Rooms, Friendly Staff, and an outstanding hotel-owned Swimming Bay as an part of the famous mediterranean sea with azurblue coloured water.
All is next to the beautiful Cities of the Amalfi Coast Region.
We can recommend the La Conca Azzurra Hotel to everybody.

Had a lovely 4 night stay here. The room had an incredible terrace that I used every morning and evening. The breakfast was also served on a terrace with spectacular views. The staff are friendly and there is an warm cozy and familial vibe. The setting is romantic and the rooms are charming in a Amalfi country chic type of way w aging murals and turquoise hues throughout. The garden feels like it's been here for centuries. And the beach platform accessed through a winding private path let's you feel even more connected to the natural beauty of the coast. I suggest having them arrange a boat trip to a nearby beach if you want to have an offsite beach day.
