Stayed for one night and throughly enjoyed our stay. Room was clean and comfortable and restaurant was excellent.
Service was good and we would certainly stay again.
Very easy to find and parking good.

Very friendly staff and excellent value for money. Nice and simple but perfectly adequate. Very clean. Very comfortable bed. WiFi was a bit tricky in the main building, but OK for messages. Pleasant town with a nice park on the lake and excellent public pool.

We stay in an average of 40 hotels a year and this one is one of the best managed we have ever used. Despite having a big luncheon going on, we were greeted with great courtesy, shown the parking and to our room by our host. Easy to find, there is a public car park available right outside and a locked, free car park at the back. The hotel is a warren of rooms, all spotlessly clean and very quiet. Our room (20) was a large, disabled access room (just because) with a double and single bed. Loads of plugs (big chains should take note) and a massive 'wet room' with a high level wc, lashings of hot water and plenty of towels and toiletries. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows better than most.
We had dinner in their restaurant. Again, despite having only finished with their large party an hour before, they were ready and welcoming at 7pm for the evening meal. English menus were produced, complete with the charming mistakes that happen in translation. My other half was very excited at the idea of a pallet of ice cream!
He ordered the fish of the day, salmon, I had the lamb. Both came very quickly and were absolutely delicious. He then had his pallet of ice cream, which included beer flavour; and I had the fresh strawberries and warm chocolate. Both gorgeous. With a drink each and coffee, it came to 55€. A really lovely meal at a bargain price.
Breakfast, which must be ordered the night before, is laid out ready at your own table. A basket of pastries, bread, fresh fruit, yogurt, cheese and cold meats, with coffee and hot milk. Very satisfying. We will definitely return and highly recommend it. 5*

A small hotel in a small town, this was an ideal place to stop on a cycle tour south from St Malo to Florence. They are used to cyclists arriving in colourful gear and offer safe storage. The rooms are small but comfortable beds and equipped bathrooms. The restaurant does offer gourmet food which was good but heavy on the Foie Gras option, which we had vowed not to eat - but we still found good fish and duck options!

Situated in the town centre so easy to locate the room was basic and as it was on the ground floor on main street the net curtains needed something to give a little more privacy, also the entire plastering on the front of the hotel was being removed from an early hour. That said we were getting up early anyway and all was forgiven by a delicious meal the night before outside in their porch.
