What a beautiful place! Very accesible from the main road with cottages that meets every need.
Cottages are very clean and we loved the Alsatian dogs that accompanied on our walks to and from the gate when we dined at the adjacent restaurant.
Would definitely consider staying here again as it seems to be an affordable option.
A word of caution: there is a reason the local vinyard's wine (complimentary I may add) comes in an unlabelled bottle ;)

We only stayed one night at La Galiniere and I wish we had longer there. The setting is absolutely beautiful, we had views of the vineyards and surrounding mountains from our apartment. The apartment had everything we needed and the pool was an added bonus. The staff were really helpful and we took advantage of the babysitting service which were really great.

This was a lovely place to stay. It was a very spacious apartment with a well equipped kitchen. We stayed with our daughter and a highchair was provided. We had brought our own travel.cot. There are 4 large dogs on site but this may not suit those who are scared of dogs. We had no problems with them.

Fabulous two bedroom cottage in heart of Franschoek valley close to heart of lovely town on a winery! The cottage was comfortable, great pool and well equipped and we had such a warm welcome from Reeta

We arrived a lot earlier than check in time because my daughter had picked up a tummy bug and the cottage manager was wonderful in getting her to a bathroom and making her some dried toast etc. She then made sure a bedroom in our cottage was made available immediately for her to lie down. She really went beyond the call of duty and we will definitely be coming back!!
