The best place for a wedding!

We got married in this wonderful place in October 2017! From the most beginning we felt that it is our place. We’ve seen it during rainy and sunny days, and whatever the weather was it always felt cozy, warm and romantic.
Luca - the manager of this place is a very professional, experienced and structured person, at the same time very helpful, attentive and kind. When we talked to him for the very first time we felt that he really knows his job very well and that he will go with us together through the whole wedding preparation process. And it all went like this!
We also tried the wedding menu and had a chance to talk to the chef to discuss, whether we want to replace something according to our taste. The chef was super friendly as well as professional. The food was delicious!!! The taste was very delicate and the portions were of the right size. The personnel there was also very friendly, helpful and professional. They seemed enjoying working in this place and it also partially created the right atmosphere.
It was also very convenient place infrastructure and logistics wise. Maison Verte is a restaurant and a hotel at the same time. Some of our guests stayed there after the wedding. Very cozy and clean rooms with stylish and refined furniture. Everything there was made with a good taste!
We also had a real civil ceremony with a major of Cantalupa in the very beautiful courtyard, not all wedding places provide this opportunity. So, we had a ceremony, a wedding lunch and a party as well as hotel all in one place!
We are glad that we found Maison Verte. It was really very beautiful day in every sense. If we had to go back and think which place to chose for our wedding it would’ve been Maison Verte for sure!

Exceptional customer service attitude

This is a pleasant, peaceful place, a bit away from it all. Nice to relax here even if you don't use the excellent wellness center on the premises.

There is an on-site restaurant serving good food, especially nice in warm weather when tables are set up on the terrace facing the park. As there are few other dining options nearby, one might expect to be overcharged, but in fact prices are reasonable.

But what impressed us most at this Locanda was the customer service attitude of the staff. When we asked at the desk for help to organize a day trip to visit Torino, they explained how to take the train from Pinerolo, gave us a map, and even printed out the train schedule for us. In fact, though, our best experience came after we left. When we arrived home after our stay, we realized that we had left behind a mini-wallet containing banknotes amounting to nearly 200 euros. We just figured it was lost, with little hope that we would ever get it back. But we called the Locanda, and they really came through. They sent someone right away to do a thorough search of the room, found the wallet, and sent it to us the next day, cash and all !! Remarkable!

Would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is ok and will satisfy any customer but don't expect anything special as it will not deliver this. Rooms are ok but has some small rooms too. I have experienced both types. Breakfast is good but restaurant is overpriced for what it is .

Nice hotel but you need a car and parking is very limited

This is a really nice hotel--pretty, friendly staff, lovely grounds, nice pool. The beds are comfortable, though nothing outstanding. A/c works well, which was really appreciated on a hot summer day.

Internet is slow--too slow to load a basic form I needed to fill out for work, so I had to use roaming data to get that done. But there is internet and it is otherwise reliable (and you only have to sign in once).

The big problem is that the hotel is not really in walking distance to anything (one very small town is only a couple of kilometers down the road, but the road is very narrow with no shoulders and locals drive it very fast in spite of the 30kph limit--making it an unsafe walk). There is no legal street parking nearby and the hotel's lot is FAR too small for it's size. There have been conferences or weddings here daily since we arrived and it is almost impossible to get a parking space becuase of these day/evneing visitors. Spaces are not reserved for the actual hotel guests. Parking illegally on the roadside and then walking along that dangerous stretch to get back to the room is not so fun.

If you are using taxis or not planning to leave the hotel it is otherwise a really good option.

Visited this hotel in a little town Cantaloupa .Wonderful stay ..lovely owners..Really clean and really felt like home.
The restaurant was really nice too.
Breakfast was limited.
The view from the room and the greenery was beautiful.
The best part was the location ,please venture out on a bicycle ride or a walk and enjoy this town.
Near the hotel is the center where there are restaurants and cafes.
I fell in love with this place !!!!!!
