Arrived on Thursday 7th Sept and was greeted by reception in a very approachable and friendly way. All the staff spoke excellent English. Details were sorted out quickly and clearly and we found our room on the 6th floor very clean and tidy if not a tad small. The room overlooked the rear street and other flats but was very quite apart from the street cleaners at 5am so you need to keep your windows closed. Some of the larger apartments had good views of the sea from their balconies but I suspect that all the small rooms faced away from the beach
Location was excellent, about 3/4 minutes walk from the railway station, 100 yards from the beach area and 5 minutes walk to the main busy restaurant areas.
Staff were very helpful on suggestions to where eat or visit. Very good restaurant next door which we can recommend but need to book as it got very busy and people were being turned away

We have stayed here twice now, once with several friends and family spread over several apartments. The apartments are big and airy, and i would recommend one with a balcony as they are great little sun traps for when you're bored of the beach. Kitchen was well stocked and bathroom was clean and spacious. However, there was only a shower extension hose when we stayed both times so you have to hold the shower as you wash.
The main thing we didn't like about Maison Blanche was that you are charged a "cleaning fee" if you don't clean the apartment before you leave. There was no guidance as to how far you should go with this, so we wiped the surfaces and took the rubbish out and washed all the dishes and we were not charged. However, friends of ours were charged as they left food in the fridge and rubbish in the bins - so just be careful of that.
Overall though, fantastic location - supermarket, the beach, train station, shops and restaurants all within five minutes walk, nice spacious apartments and reception staff were generally friendly.

Great central location, good value for money, clean and functional. The aparthotel is in a great central location, close to beaches and local bars and restaurants. If you are looking for a clean and cheapish, central location, this is a great option. There are not too many luxuries, e.g. bar, pool etc, however it is in a good location at a golod price

Stayed here June/ July 2016. We had an apartment wich wasn't improved but was still comfortable 1 bedroom apt. Wich is 2 rooms, one with double bed the other with double sofa bed and kitchenette table chairs. The balcony stretches between both rooms with wicker chairs and table and lounger. The air con system is located on balcony and can get hot when sitting outside especially in the mid twenty thirty heat. We had side sea view. This place is all about location, if your after a good priced apt right on the sea front and close to all that Juan has to offer this will do. It's also close to train station. Juan is a stunning location

Good place for a short stay, but not for living. It is not really clean. If you stay there, check the sheets, blankets and mattress. Probably you will ask to change them. You will need also to wash all the things in the kitchen before use them.
