Look, I know this place isn’t expensive, but the only thing that is a positive is that the sheets were crisp.
The people in the room next to us were obviously part of a group and when they got back around 11pm there was a lot of chatter, doors opening and closing, plugs being put into power points, luggage being dragged around. We heard every excruciating detail.
Every time the person in the room above went to the toilet, we heard it.
We had to turn the mini bar off because it was right next to the bed and kept turning on every 10 minutes. It was an old fridge and a loud one.
If you want a good sleep, this is not the best place for it.

Beware!!!! This place treated us absolutely disgracefully. We arrived at 3pm to stay the night. I had rung and booked a room with adjoining lounge room suite, so I could put our babies cot in the other room. This was all explained over the phone to a man with a Philippino accent. I re-iterated how important the other room was. He said he understood and not to worry.
When we arrived, we were give a small standard room with a big bed and a shower/toilet. I had no room for the cot and it was tiny. Not suitable for a family of three.
The receptionist could not speak English and didn’t know how to operate the computer. After an hour of trying to negotiate, the manager was called.
A Filipino man arrived, who I suspect took the reservation when I rang. He stood his ground and would not budge. He said it was my mistake!!!
He the told me I had to pay another $150 for that room.
When I said I would pay, but I would be writing a formal complaint... the Manager then said “ you will not be staying here, I don’t take threats!”
I told him that writing a complaint is not a threat and I had every right to do so.
He then threatened to call the police. I couldn’t believe he was tossing us out at 5pm with a toddler!
It was raining, very dense fog and very cold! Every hotel was booked out.
My child was crying and needed to rest and eat.
Lucky for us the Mountain Heritage Hotel took pity on us, and gave us a spa suite with breakfast included. The staff there were wonderful and so happy to help, they couldn’t believe what I had just been thru. It was 7pm by the time we checked in and got sorted. I ended up with a screaming baby and no dinner that night.
The moral of my story is DO NOT STAY HERE! Terrible service!!!! Beware!

I stayed for 2 nights and was felt OK for the price paid. Quiet place and in a walking distance to 3 sisters. Less than 10 minutes drive to city center where you can find a variety of restaurants.
Free light/basic breakfast and bedding/room was good.

Beautiful little set up. Right at the TOP of the three sisters. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Can very much recommend this place. Only critique point I have were the breakfast hours which didn’t suit. But this was my problem not theirs ;-)

We only need a place to sleep so it was ok!
It was clean! But basic. The one staff member we saw didn't have any information about the neighborhood.
Old inside and out!
Good location to visit the Blue mountains.
Free parking!
