The Mirande is a beautiful, wonderful old hotel right in the shadow of the Pope's Palace. You will never forget a dinner here, especially out of doors. The strings of lights and the floodlit palace towering above you. The flowers and the trees potted on the patio. The rooms are absolutely charming and ours had a beautiful room with view right on the small square behind the Palace.
The Mirande also actively encourages French and regional cuisine through their culinary school.

The location of the hotel couldnt get any better, its right next to the palace. If you are driving in, make sure you get the directions from the front office.
The room are beautiful, service was probably the best i have ever had in the whole of provence,

La Miranda is a luxury, aesthetic and peaceful boutique hotel.
It is my second time of stay in this hotel while revisit Avignon. Great designed hotel. Top restaurant inside for breakfast, tea and dinner. Responsive reception provide really considerate answers for all my enquiries. Location perfect in centre of Avignon. Great atmosphere during stay, feeling really peaceful and being taken care by the hotel teams.

The hotel was beautiful and well located. The rooms were lovely ,warm and understated. Our room was spacious and quiet.
The bar was also delightful ,a nice respite after a day of traveling.
We indulged and had dinner at the hotel one evening, which was superb.
The staff was exceptional. They were very helpful with directions and additional reservations.

Loved this relaxing beautiful villa. We had dinner with the chef the first night. My room had a beautiful view of the palais des papes. We had beautiful breakfasts each morning. The front desk staff set up a private tour of the Chateauneuf de Pap region which was unforgettable. They rented us a car so we could tour the southern regions of Provence which was amazing, in particular Cassis. And the rooms at La Mirande were lovely with exquisite bathrooms. Overall the service overall was superb.
