We stayed as a couple for 4 nights in August 2017. Overall, we thought the property was beautiful and the staff was charming - no request was too much for them. However, there are a few areas for improvement and it is quite expensive for what it is.
Pros:
- beautiful location.
- gorgeous decor in rooms.
- quiet pool.
- friendly and helpful staff. No request was too much for them.
- food of a good standard and obviously home made.
Cons:
- very strange smell outside. Almost cheesy, ever-present and very nauseating. It made it uncomfortable to sit by the pool at times as it was so overpowering. Not sure what this is, but would really recommend management sort this out.
- no water/tea making facilities in the room.
- the menu repeated itself - so often 2/3 of the dishes available for dinner were the same as they were the night before (you must pick one out of three).

10 minutes from Valencia city centre, in the middle of local farm land you can find this very unique place.
We have visited the restaurant for 3 hours lunch which were based on the daily menu but with extensive variety and includes 3 appetisers. My conclusion is that no questions asked, just book yourself together with your good friends and family and enjoy the treat.
Following lunch, we have been shown the hotel rooms and facilities by Maria , speaking English to perfection and the hotel is a very high quality small luxury hotel, not missing any of the amenities one could expect.
No doubt that we will be back very soon

We stayed at La Mozaira for 5 nights in the summer and we were absolutely delighted to find a real gem.
From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, all the staff were wonderfully helpful with restaurant ideas, trips to the beach and things to see and do.
The room was so tastefully decorated, extremely clean and so comfortable, we certainly couldn't find fault.
The food on offer at the hotel, from breakfast, through to lunch and dinner was something else. Every meal was thought through, used wonderfully fresh ingredients and was beautifully presented.
We walked to the train station nearby and had a little day out, otherwise we stayed by the pool or visited the beach and completely relaxed which was the aim of our holiday.
The staff as mentions were very helpful and even took time after dinner to talk us through the history of the property and the surrounding areas.
We'd certainly stay here again if we found ourselves in Valencia once more.

The hotel is outside of Valencia, in a vast field, so there're not many people coming there in low season. We booked the hotel the same day in the morning and missed all phone calls and communication about booking confirmation. Thus when arrived at around 8:30 pm found the hotel... closed with no one inside. We managed to contact the staff who wasn't expecting us to arrive that evening but arrived in 15 min.
The owners did their best to make us stay - took to a wonderful local restaurant, told about places to go, made a tour around the hotel. Everything was truly personal as we were the only guests that night.
This stylish family-owned manor is very beautiful, with lots of greenery, cosy corners to sit and have a drink inside and outside, stylish furniture in the rooms. I am truly glad we stayed those 15 min to wait for the owners to come and open it for us

We enjoyed our stay at La Mozaira very much. The reception staff spoke English and were very helpful with directions , etc.
The rooms are lovely and attention is paid to every detail. Clean, comfortable and elegant rooms combine perfectly with the delicious breakfast for a delightful stay
Use exit 14 or 15 when searching for the hotel in Alboraya. It is in a suburb of Valencia, about 12 minutes by car from the center of Valencia. You will be surrounded by fields as the approach the hotel. It is a beautiful oasis , as you will see.
Be careful on the road near the hotel at night. A deep irrigation ditch is next to the road edge.
Owners Toni and Polo are on site (they speak Spanish) to oversee every detail and offer travelers a warm welcome.
