This hotel in Cefalu is very central located and very close to the sea promenade and beach. Around this place are a lot of good restaurants, bars, cafes and small shops for clothes and souvenirs. The hotel itself is a very nice old reformed house, very clean and organized, where they have family rooms good for a family with two kids. The breakfast buffet wasn’t that big but they had good ham and Italian veggies choices. Front desk was very kind. Our stay here was pleasant during Autumn holidays.

Stayed here for a couple of night during a tour of Sicily. I had requested a quite room and was allocated a room overlooking a small alley at the side of the hotel, this was reasonably quite. The room was small but had everything required and as a bonus Sky to which allowed you to catch up with events at home. The bed was comfortable and the room nice and clean with everything nicely set out. One thing that could have been better was the air conditioning which did not seem particularly effective, it was quite noisy and did not really manage to cool the room despite being at it's lowest setting.
Breakfast was included and offered a wide range of typical Italian foods. If you are using the hotels parking you will want to be aware that it is some distance from the hotel and you need to ring the busses at the gate to contact reception, they will then organise a taxi to bring you and your luggage to the hotel as the street that the hotel is on has restricted access. Overall I think this is a good hotel that offers value for money, it is in a good location and it is easy to access the historic streets of Cefalu from it.

My first trip to Italy and our first stop on our itinerary! What a wonderful place! Entire staff so welcoming and friendly. We felt like part of the family before we checked out. Lovely adjoining restaurant and bar. Buffet breakfast served daily -- great variety, hot food, lots of coffee! Beautifully appointed rooms and lobby. Comfortable bed, great shower, open the windows and let the breezes in! Would we stay here again? In a minute! Thanks to the entire staff (of which I've probably forgotten a few names): Clile, Teresa, Stefania, Flavia, Alessio, Alesandra.

Spent two days here in the bustling seaside resort of Cefalu. The hotel was very nice right in the centre of the old town. Thankfully parking is outwith this area and a free taxi is provided. Bedroom was comfortable and breakfast was good. Just wonder why the hotel couldn't supply us with free drinking water as we were told Italian tap water isn't the best.

We have stayed here twice now and will certainly be back. The hotel is discreetly located in the heart of the town so you always feel part of the hustle and bustle but you also feel like you have privacy. It is 5-10 minutes walk to the beach which is really handy and they provide beach towels which is a nice touch. The hotel is done in a very traditional style but the workmanship is very good quality and the place is clinically clean. The staff are probably the biggest asset to the hotel - they are always so friendly and professional and you are made to feel at home. The breakfast is really great for a continental breakfast and you can enjoy it outside on the cobbled side street and watch the morning crowds drift by which is an experience in itself. The hotel restaurant is a great fine dining experience and they have a long table affixed to the wall outside on the cobbled side street with stools where you can enjoy a nice aperitif before heading out for dinner. I would highly recommend this hotel!
