the new décor is great the staff is friendly location for business in Roswell works great ! started staying at LAQ because I could bring my dog and she was welcomed at every location from Atlanta to KC which makes a difference because her stay at the Kennel was more expensive than my hotel rooms !!!

I had an excellent stay, the staff was very friendly, the room was clean, and I would continue to stay at this hotel for my future stays. I would also recommend this hotel to my co-workers (which I have already) for their business travels.

Our company booked several rooms at this hotel and some of our rooms had pet smell. My room had cat urine smell. I asked for something to be done about it and the night person refused. She was very rude and I felt like I was bothering her. We asked several times if the hotel had anything we could spray to eliminate the odor and her reply was "NO". She offered for us to look at another room, but stated that it will smell also.

Booked me 2 doors away from major remodeling/construction project. Noisy, smelly, fumes, workers monopolized laundry facility and emptied ice machine so I had to go to another floor for ice...very annoying and unsatisfactory stay, especially since I had to be there for time sensitive business. Would never stay at this hotel again.

Great property, and great location you have a lot of food options around and not far from downtown Atlanta. The hotel is located on a quiet place and the staff is friendly and helpful.
It was a great one night stop.
