I loved this place, efficient and polite hotel staff, the room was spacious with a comfortable bed and couch; breakfast was very local but quite good and fresh. Very good Mexican restaurant called Marenca right next door. I’ll be back on my next visit to Juarez and recommend this place to my co-workers.

We always stay at this hotel we come here at the very least every two months. Not one of the best experiences. The check in was ok the girl at the front desk was rude! She was new we've never met her before the guys who usually work there were not there this time. Our bed was dirty it had plastic leftover wrappers left inside the sheets towards the end of the bed. Usually everything is great ! Disappointing this time around!

The hotel caters to low income people who make noise /drink/party all night, the hotel will do nothing to protect your safety, it is also surrounded by a night club on the parking side and a event center on the back side, music is so loud that the windows will rattle at all hours of the night. impossible to sleep. Low security or care from management , I strongly recommend that you avoid this room, last time a drunk Mexican, try to break into my room and security did nothing

This was my wife's and my first ever trip to Juarez. Neither of us speak much Spanish and between that and all the stories about Juarez not being safe we were unsure of what to expect.
Our entire trip was great! Couldn't have been much better. LQ Hotel took very good care of us! Nice, newer property. It is clean, hospitable and secure. Entire property is fenced and gated. Gate is manned by a guard at all times. Front desk helpful and spoke some English. They helped us with directions, shuttles, Uber and more. Complimentary breakfast was very good. Easily stay at LQ again.
By the way, Juarez couldn't not have been nicer. No safety issues. Lots of good people, food and entertainment.

Review is very good because of the price ($75), nice grounds, and cleanliness, not because of breakfast. People know English at the front desk. Easy to get to after going over the Zaragoza crossing. Stay on the main road after crossing and it will be on your right, next to Red Wings. A few fast food restaurants in the area including Little Ceaser's. Largish shopping mall fairly close with lots of restaurants near there: IHOP, Wendy's, Buffalo Wild Wings, Applebees and a place we ate at for the kids: Comicx with large statues of Darth Vader, Thor, Iron Man, Spiderman, etc.. Free breakfast. Fairly large selection of items, fruit, cereal, yogurt, toast, eggs with hot dogs (substitute for ham), re fried beans, potatoes in some sort of soup like mixture. OJ was more like Tang. Coffee is from a machine that offers a single cup of regular or decaf. Not too bad, but nothing to exclaim about. Happy hour is a cut above breakfast for offerings but is $250 Pecos ($15 dollars). There are no signs to indicate that it is not free. You can get a very good meal for $15 elsewhere. Outdoor swimming pool. 2 meeting rooms. Small exercise room: stationary bike, elliptical machine, tread mill. 1 multipurpose weight machine. Lots of people while we stayed there related to the American Consulate (Embassy). Possibly people emigrating to US. Outside grounds have beautiful blooming plants while we were there in July.
