the check in process with Kathy was excellent, she went out of her way to get rooms taken care of. I didn`t care for the tile floor throughout the room, was colder and not as inviting as a partial carpeted room.

We once again stayed here on our way to south Texas. And we were not disappointed. The room was clean and neat. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was clean and spacious. The only thing that could make it better would be a moisture fan in the bathroom.
The fridge and microwave worked perfectly. The bed was comfortable.
The breakfast in the morning was probably the best breakfast that I have ever had a hotel. The breakfast bar contained make your own omelets, waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage, toast, bagels, fresh fruits and juices as well as coffee.
Please stay here if you are in the area.

We have stayed at several La Quinta Inns & Suites in the past few years and this was absolutely the best. The breakfast was outstanding and was enhanced by the attention to detail by General Manager David Kumar. He ensured that there was an ample supply of all food choices throughout the breakfast time and that the area was clean at all times. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and our room was very clean. The Cleveland La Quinta could serve as a model for all other La Quintas.

This hotel was outstanding in all areas. We stayed Post Hurricane Harvey.... Many evacuees were staying at this facility and yet the hotel never missed a beat ! This hotel was absolutely maxed out but yet all facilities were impeccably clean. Breakfast buffet well stocked. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
I have stayed at Trump Towers and did not feel as good about my stay as I did at the LaQuinta.
This property is extremely well run and would highly recommend it to anyone!

The manager David, his wife and his team were very friendly and always looking to make us comfortable in the hotel. Always with a smile even though we had the effects of Storm Harvey.
We are grateful for their kindness and dedication.
