I was greeted with such a smile. Front desk cleark was amazing she made us feel right at home. The room was MAGNIFICENT clean. Everything is wonderful. You can not go wrong staying here that's for sure. Great trip thank you

The fire alarm went off just after midnight (October 4) and off to the lobby I went. A Fire truck came and discovered the sprinklers on the newly renovated 5th floor had gone off flooding that floor. Although I was on the 1st floor, water poured down the hallway walls. I didn't feel safe to go back to my room until 3:15am and had a 6:00am wake up call. That made for a difficult work day with only 3 hours of sleep. I wasn't offered any compensation for the inconvenience.

The hotel is currently under renovations , but we still had a comfortable stay. The guest room was spacious and clean. The pool area was nice and they even had a Hot tub. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful in both the check in and check out process. I would definitely think about staying at this property again when i visit this area in the future.

We have stayed at this location several times and they never fail to deliver a perfect experience. This was a one-night stay for a special event in town. We usually stay a few days. As always, Leona at the front desk checked us in quickly and efficiently, our room and bath were immaculate, the bed was like sleeping on a cloud, the pool and spa were sparkling clean and the grounds were perfectly groomed. Keep in mind that this was right after Hurricane Irma destroyed a lot of property and greenery in this area; yet this facility looked at neat and tidy as always. We feel as if this is our "home away from home" in the Tampa area. There is no doubt that we will be back for many more great stays.

Me and my 2 kids stayed here during hurricane Irma. The stay was excellent and the staff was wonderful. The rooms and bathrooms were clean. The lobby was clean. The property was clean. I have no complaints.
