Guy at check in was rude, i asked if there would be a hold on my card and he said no and just kept telling my my first card was declined. They put a $200 hold on my card for 3 days which I was promised first wouldn’t Happen and second would be back that night i was embarrassed and disappointed with the service, the room had stains on the carpet and dirty towels in bath! Will never stay again nor recommend to Anyone terrible hotel and terrible customer service

While there is some renovation work going on, it appears to be cosmetic at best. The little things go undone - the bathroom nob was so loose you could see through it - why did not housekeeping report it or hskpg supervisor report it. Exterior doors do not latch and remain open all night.

Stayed here last week
Would never stay here again. Room was disgusting, rug so worn you can see the floor underneath, bathroom was so dirty, mold in the shower. The amount of air fresheners in the room didn’t even take the smell away, hallways smelled like cigarette smoke. Some people staying there were very loud!
The only thing that was half way good was the free breakfast.

Hotel is very old and out dated. Hallway floors dirty and stained. Bathtub dirty and shower curtain mildew. Won't go back .

For a one night sleep it was okay. Would definitely not stay here multiple nights. Property needs alot of
TLC inside and out. Probably why it is no longer a La Quinta but in the Days Inn family now
