Male desk has hung up on me and two other family members when trying to get local # to call or put on hold and not come back. Registration at main phone # (national ?) has been very polite and helpful. My cousin or uncle (Cherry Creek and Ft Collins) usually make reservations and pay. Many of our my family stay here when visiting. Note: TV very loud on CNN and CNN hosts were screaming...annoying when eating breakfast. This rating also based on other stays...

Don’t stay here! I stayed here for one night, October 28, 2017. The only reason my review gets one star is the staff were wonderful. When I went to my first room, the room next to me had their door open and people were smoking. Lots of smoke smell was in my room. Then the heat didn’t work. They moved me a few doors down after maintenance try to fix it for half an hour. The whole area did not feel safe even though I was there with my dog. About 11 PM, a loud party started a few doors away from me, closer to my original room. They continue to party till about 3–4 a.m. Loudly. About 6:30 AM, I took my dog out. I wasn’t comfortable stepping outside of the room until it got a little later. By my car and by the original room that I was given, were about 30 beer bottles. After I return to my room from walking my dog, I looked out the people because I wanted to go get a cup of coffee. There was a strangely dressed man leaning on the wall directly across from my room staring at my door. He stay there, staring at my door, for 45 minutes. The whole place was so sketchy! The hotel itself is old and carpets are stained. The bathroom was fairly clean. On a whole, I would never stay here again!

I booked this room after having an excellent experience at LaQuinta Inn in Ft. Collins, CO. The room at the Denver location was very clean, so no problem there. At about 9:30 pm a man close to our room started yelling and screaming, cursing at the top of his lungs. This continued all night wrong. I called the front desk and complained. I was told it would be addressed, but it obviously wasn't. My daughter and I didn't sleep all night. I would never stay here again. There are other motels in the area that don't cost much more than this location. I have booked rooms at other places for future trips.

The rates were good the staff was very accommodating service was great but every night was very loud from people hanging out outside the rooms to all hours never slept one night. Police even showing up on property.

I stay at this hotel fairly regularly for its easy access to the light rail. Downtown hotels are always booked and very expensive when GABF is at the convention center so we stay here and use the train to get in and out of the downtown area. It's an older building but the staff is always great and the rooms are clean.
