Convenient for us to stay here as we have a student at SHSU. Friendly service and clean room. However, outdoor lighting around the entrance is poor, as is the large La Quinta sign. It's poorly lit and hidden behind trees. Without that visible signage, you miss the entrance. A/C unit is also loud and more and when it kicks in.

Motel needs major updating. Doors stick making them hard to open. I had two rooms for two nights and no maid service. No beds made no trash emptied, nothing. Morning resheshments not up to use to at other La quinta's I have stayed in this year.

In town on business. Bedding was clean,mattress comfort was perfect & refrigerator & microwave convenience front desk check in was easy and staff friendly quiet location off I-45 w/nice green area. Thoroughly enjoy thus visit

I’m a little disappointed. Second time visiting this location. Pillows and bed uncomfortable. Refrigerator had mold. Bed was perfect the first time maybe I got a bad room. I will book again. Hope it’s an oops moment.

Pool was large and clean. Hotel is a bit older and could use some maintenance, but room was decent and clean. Breakfast was average but quick and easy, a extra value for the good price I paid.Staff was very efficient, and friendly.
