Quiet and friendly staff
Workoutaholicon 10/11/2017 03:45Quiet place to stay with night security. Comfy rooms and cheap. I like how the hotel is closed in and keeps foot traffic oit. Camper and RV friendly. Right in the middle of eveything. Close to the casinos too ;D
Disapointing

It was the first time that I stayed at a La Quinta that I was not completely satisfied with the accommodations and service since I retired. I READ REVIEWS PROIR TO OUR STAY AND FIGURED THINGS MUST HAVE IMPROOFED, but was disappointed.
This La Quinta in Lafayette is in need of attention.
Hoping that repairs and replacement of beds and carpet will be your top prior. The room carried an odor and the feel of dirty, old carpet that requires replacing.

Nancy Son 29/10/2017 18:20We pulled up and there was a big banner over the entrance advertising weekly stays for $229. The Front Desk Associate was very nice and checked us in efficiently. We drove through the parking lot to our room. The doors open to the outside and the rooms are in a U shape around the parking lot. We parked and got out to open the door and our room key wouldn't work. People were sitting around in the stairs watching us. It did not feel safe. We returned the keys and left even though we made our reservation through Price Line and lost $89. It was not worth that to be scared and I am not easily scared especially when it comes to losing $89. We have stayed at many LaQuintas and thought they would be similar. Wrong!
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! WARNING!!!
Anthony Oon 04/10/2017 20:30Did not allow my children to step on excessively stained carpet, lie on excessively soiled comforters, take a shower in the tub that had stray pubic hairs in it. This property was filthy. I had 3 different staff members stand in a doorway and neither offer to open nor move when I needed to get through. One stared me down and another blew smoke in my face from the cigarette she was smoking. I have traveled all over the world and this was easily one of the 3 worst hotel experiences I have ever had. This location should be ashamed to call themselves LaQuinta. To salvage their name, LaQuinta should drop this property or it should undergo a management overhaul. I am not just upset over this property, I am offended the way I was treated. This place is a joke.

To flush the toilet we had to fill it up with water. #126 The carpet was filthy, nasty . Bring air freshener & carpet fresh.
