Awesome...my stay i will come back, great staff and management very very friendly, Clean Rooms, great location Near mall and restauants, free shuttle service was a surprise. Free breakfast, fast internet

Everyrhing about our stay was perfect. From check in to resolution on a room rate, staff handled anything we asked professionally. Breakfast was on time and very good. Beds were made up daily and towels replaced with clean.

Well what can I say. It wasn't horrible, but it was not great. It's older and the rooms show it. Not cleaned the greatest. Breakfast was not a "real breakfast" more like on the go type of thing. What bothered us the most was hearing delivery trucks and the garbage truck before 6 am! Also, there most likely was a drug deal going on near our room two nights in a row. Then there was a situation during one morning of our breakfast where there were 4 police officers trying to handle a guy in the eating area that was claiming he was going to be. a world leader....I got my children out of there very quickly.

The rooms and bathrooms were nice and clean. The hotel is located right off the 805, which is very convenient, although not very picturesque.
The mattresses definitely need replacing!
But it’s still good value for a quick trip.

Hotel looks like a high class MOTEL. I strongly recommend that if you need to stay in Chula Vista, look up a different hotel. For the price, I can pay less and stay at a motel with better views and better rooms.
