So close yet....
SaskiaJoosseon 17/08/2017 01:47It is a shame when you visit a hotel that seems perfect at first glance and then is let down by a series of small, avoidable mishaps...
Lets start with the pros:
Comfortable beds, clean spacious rooms, nice shower/toilet, excellent service at breakfast and off the charts amazing massages above at the Spa, (ask for Olivia).
Cons:
No real person in charge at the front desk, it was like there was just a person whose sole purpose was to keep the seat warm and not there to sort out any problems that may arise as did in our case.
Unfortunately there is a bar in front of the hotel which can make it rather noisy at night, I had earplugs but if you are a light sleeper, this is not a place for you.
If they get their act together I wouldn't mind returning, if not I will be reviewing somewhere else in Cholula soon! :-)

Accommodations and food quality were magnificent, service and detailed care were incredible. Thanks much to all the team of this great hotel.

nice Welcome, we had a good dinner right there, everyone friendly and helpful.
Nice clean comfortable.
Breakfast included. Everything fresh, good coffee
Several stores near by in case one need something, they even offer themselves to get it.

Slice of paradise in remote Cholula, Puebla

If you are looking for a spacious room with a gorgeous courtyard and attentive (but not intrusive) service, La Quinta Luna is a place to give it a try. Relax in a restored hacienda
MaryHooveron 26/06/2015 23:16We spent part of Easter week in Puebla then opted for the charms of Cholula and their incredible pyramid. We could not have been more pleased with our selection of this fine and very thoughtfully laid out boutique hotel La Quinta Luna on an unassuming city block. Once inside however, you step back in time and immediately feel relaxed as the charm of the shaded and flowered courtyard beacons you. If that weren't enough, there is a fabulous library (2 stories!) as well as a rooftop terrace to relax on. There is also a small spa massage area....you get the idea you'd not have to leave, except to see the pyramid! The dining room is in the old chapel with a delicious breakfast (included) and near gourmet dinner options. The staff was gracious and most helpful.
